By downloading, installing, or using IntimateLog, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description

IntimateLog is a personal journaling application for tracking intimate encounters and health-related information. It is intended for personal use by adults aged 18 and older.

Account

You must sign in with a Google account to use IntimateLog. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Subscription

• IntimateLog offers a 14-day free trial followed by a monthly subscription
• Subscriptions are billed monthly through Google Play or the Apple App Store
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription management
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are handled by the respective app store per their refund policies

Your Data

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into IntimateLog. We do not access, collect, or store your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Store content involving minors
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app
• Redistribute the app or share your subscription

Medical Disclaimer

IntimateLog is not a medical application. PrEP tracking features are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. Always consult your healthcare provider for medical decisions.

Limitation of Liability

IntimateLog is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, damages, or issues arising from the use of this app. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
